We were built by people who had watched this industry do it badly.
World Leisure Solutions exists because owners kept arriving at our door having already paid someone else, with nothing to show for it but a folder of form letters.
A firm organised around documents, not scripts.
Our founding team came out of consumer advocacy, contract administration, and hospitality finance — three vantage points on the same problem. We had all seen the same pattern: an owner signs under pressure at a presentation, the obligation compounds quietly for a decade, and by the time they want out, the resale market has priced the interval at nearly nothing.
What we found in the exit market was worse. Companies charging five figures upfront to send template letters. Firms advising clients to stop paying and calling the resulting foreclosure a “release.” Guarantees written so loosely that no client could ever collect on them.
We built World Leisure Solutions as the opposite of that: written terms before payment, a named case manager on every file, an evidence-led method, and honest answers about what we cannot do. It is a slower way to grow a firm. It is the only way we were willing to build one.
Three commitments, and what they cost us.
Transparency
Scope, price, timeline, and the limits of our guarantee are written down before you pay anything. It costs us the clients who wanted a number on the first call. We are fine with that.
Advocacy first
We represent the owner, not the outcome that pays fastest. When the honest answer is that your best move is something other than hiring us, that is the answer you get.
No false guarantees
We never state or imply a guaranteed cancellation. We pursue a documented release, we tell you the realistic range, and our written guarantee names its own conditions plainly.
We work where our clients live.
A meaningful share of the owners we help are retirees, and much of our work reaches them through local senior centres, financial literacy programmes, and consumer education sessions.
- Senior centre financial literacy sessions
- Consumer protection workshops, free to attend
- Staff volunteer days with local community organisations
Ask us the hard questions.
Bring your scepticism to the first call. We would rather answer it than work around it.
No obligation. World Leisure Solutions is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
