Who we are
World Leisure Solutions is a trade name of WLS Management Group LLC, 425 W Colonial Dr, Ste 101 #232, Orlando, FL 32804. When this policy says “we”, that is who it means. Questions about this policy or about your information can be sent to support@worldleisuresolutions.com.
What we collect, and when
Browsing this site sends us nothing. There is no analytics software, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting, and no tracking cookie on any page. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and requested pages) to run and secure the service, as every host does.
If you contact us — by email, or through a form on this site — we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, contact details, and what you tell us about your situation.
If you are engaged to work with us, our onboarding form collects the information needed to engage and pay a contractor lawfully: identity and contact details, emergency contacts, taxpayer information for IRS Form W-9, bank details for payment, copies of the documents you upload, and your signed acknowledgments. That form is private and reachable only through a personal invitation link.
Interactive tools on this site, such as the scam checker and the value explainer, run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
How we use it
To respond when you contact us, to evaluate and deliver the services you ask about, to engage and pay the people who work with us, and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not send marketing to onboarding data.
Who processes it for us
Like most businesses, we rely on a small number of service providers to store and move data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), our database and secure file storage (Supabase), our own document-signing server, Google Workspace for email, and encrypted backups held in Google Drive. Each processes information only to provide its service to us.
Beyond those providers, we disclose personal information only when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.
Retention and security
Signed tax forms and the records connected to them are kept for as long as federal law requires — at least four years for Form W-9 records. Enquiries are kept for as long as a genuine business need exists, then deleted.
Sensitive records are held in access-controlled systems restricted to the people who need them, transferred over encrypted connections, and backed up nightly in encrypted form. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim ours is — but security decisions here are made as though the data belonged to us, because some of it is exactly the kind we would most want protected.
Your rights and choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what the law does not require us to keep. Write to support@worldleisuresolutions.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights; we honour requests regardless of which state they come from.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes first, and the date above changes with it. We will not quietly begin collecting something this policy says we do not collect.
